Tea Essence Application Sheets
Click download for the blank application sheets in a .psd file.
For individual files: Essence ; Puro Royal ; Sia Royal ; NPC
If you want to use the same font as in the preview, the name is Dandelion in the Spring. You can find a download link for it at the bottom.

The file contains templates for the 4 types of characters available:
    • Green: Essences.
    • Purple: Puro Royal.
    • Red: Sia Royal.
    • Blue: Non playable Character.
Depending on if the character is a Royal, an Essence or NPC you draw something different in the colored circle at the left top.
    Royal: Drawing of your tattoo design ( can actually show the part of the body it is on or just draw the mark by itself ) and yes as long as the mark is the same, the color can be different on Essence and Royal.
    Essence: Drawing of yourself in a tea bag form ( like a gijinka of it ), it can be a tea bag, a tea tin, or any other container commonly used to hold tea.
    NPC: Drawing of an item related to their current occupation. It can be anything, their favorite thing or what they commonly carry around when they're working.

Remember that if your character marries or has children, it's your obligation to add those sections to your application, as well as the person you are married to ( with a link to their application ) and your children ( with a link to their application if one exists )

If you are making a child NPC, don't forget to add somewhere who are his / her parents ( with links to their applications )


Royals


Please include the following in your artist's description:

Name: Your character's name. Surname is optional.
Age: Age of your character.
D.o.B: Birthday date of your character ( optional )
Gender: Gender of your character, please only male or female.
Height: Height of your character ( optional )
Weight: Weight of your character ( optional )

Partner: Your partner's name. Include a link to their application.
Region: The region they are from.
Tea: The name of your tea.
Tattoo: Where is it located?

Stats
Level: Lvl. 0
    • Will: 00
    • Drive: 00
    • Wisdom: 00
    • Dexterity: 00
    • Charisma: 00

Personality: A description of your character's behavior. It can be short or long and written in paragraph-style or just a list of what traits they have.

History: Please take some time on this part. Must include Tea Ceremony, a bit of what happened afterwards and how is the relationship with their Essence; especially if they've been together for a long time.

Additional Information: Anything else you'd want to include, like likes or dislikes, relationships, etc.


Essences


Please include the following in your artist's description:

Name: Your character's name. Surname is optional.
Age: Age of your character. Please state real age ( how long it's been since the tea ceremony; e.g. 2 years old ) and what age they have appearance-wise ( e.g. 17 years old )
D.o.B: Birthday date of your character ( optional )
Gender: Gender of your character, please only male or female.
Height: Height of your character ( optional )
Weight: Weight of your character ( optional )

Partner: Your partner's name. Include a link to their application.
Region: The region they are from.
Tea: The name of your tea.
Tattoo: Where is it located?
Element: What is their elemental magic?
Weapon: You must include a link to a reference of the image or can just write the name of the weapon IF you have the weapon drawn in the application.

Stats
Level: Lvl. 0
    • Vitality: 00
    • Attack: 00
    • Resistance: 00
    • Agility: 00
    • Affinity: 00

Personality: A description of your character's behavior. It can be short or long and written in paragraph-style or just a list of what traits they have.

History: Please take some time on this part. It'll be the history of how they met with their Royal during the Tea Ceremony and any important events that occurred after they were summoned. Include the relationship with their Royal since it is a part of their history.

Additional Information: Anything else you'd want to include, like likes or dislikes, relationships, etc.


Non Playable Characters


For Civilian characters and not NPC Essences / Royals. Please include the following in your artist's description:

Name: Your character's name. Surname is optional.
Age: Age of your character.
D.o.B: Birthday date of your character ( optional )
Gender: Gender of your character, please only male or female.
Height Height of your character ( optional )
Weight: Weight of your character ( optional )

Region : The region they are from.
Occupation: Job of your character.
Household: The family surname / employer / house / etc. they work for or live in. It can be your Royal's house or a fictional family ( if they work by / for themselves, then put their own surname in the application or 'N/A' and in the comments put Store: the name of their shop / what type of shope it is )

Personality: A description of your character's behavior. It can be short or long and written in paragraph-style or just a list of what traits they have.

History: Please take some time on this part. A brief history of their character's life. How they came to own the shop or to work for your other characters, etc.

Additional Information: Anything else you'd want to include, like likes or dislikes, relationships, etc.
