Tea Essence Application Sheets
Click download for the blank application sheets in a .psd file.
For individual files: Essence ; Puro Royal ; Sia Royal ; NPC
If you want to use the same font as in the preview, the name is Dandelion in the Spring. You can find a download link for it at the bottom.

The file contains templates for the 4 types of characters available:

Green:

Purple:

Red:

Blue:

Depending on if the character is a Royal, an Essence or NPC you draw something different in the colored circle at the left top.

Essences and Royals

Please include the following in your artist's description:

Name: Your character's name. Surname is optional.
Age: Age of your character. If an Essence please state real age ( how long it's been since the tea ceremony ) and what age they have appearance-wise.
D.o.B: Birthday date of your character ( optional )
Gender: Gender of your character, please only male or female.
Height: Height of your character ( optional )
Weight: Weight of your character ( optional )

Partner: Your partner's name. Include a link to their application.
Region: The region they are from.
Tea: The name of your tea.
Tattoo: Where is it located?
Weapon: ( Essences only ) You must include a link to a reference of the image or can just write the name of the weapon IF you have the weapon drawn in the application.

Personality: A description of your character's behavior. It can be short or long and written in paragraph-style or just a list of what traits they have.

History: Please take some time on this part. Must include Tea Ceremony, a bit of what happened afterwards and how is your relationship with your partner; especially if they've been together for a long time. For Essences it'll be the history of how they met with their royal during the Ceremony and any important events that occurred after they were summoned. Include their relationship since it is a part of their history.

Additional Information: Anything else you'd want to include, like likes or dislikes, relationships, etc.

Non Playable Characters

For Civilian characters and not NPC Essences / Royals. Please include the following in your artist's description:

Name: Your character's name. Surname is optional.
Age: Age of your character.
D.o.B: Birthday date of your character ( optional )
Gender: Gender of your character, please only male or female.
Height Height of your character ( optional )
Weight: Weight of your character ( optional )

Region : The region they are from.
Occupation: Job of your character.
Household: The family surname / employer / house / etc. they work for. It can be your Royal's house or a fictional family (If they work by / for themselves, then put their own surname in the application or 'N/A' and in the comments put Store: the name of their shop / what type it is)

Personality: A description of your character's behavior. It can be short or long and written in paragraph-style or just a list of what traits they have.

History: Please take some time on this part. A brief history of their character's life. How they came to own the shop or to work for your other characters, etc.

Additional Information: Anything else you'd want to include, like likes or dislikes, relationships, etc.

_{No, there's no deadline, but it's suggested that everyone does it as soon as they have a chance since you can't revamp an app until a tournament has ended and the next one will start on September 6th}

_{No, you don't have to re-make them unless you want to revamp your character clothes.
You can just put your old characters/tattoos/teabags on this one, and then either resubmit as new deviation (if you want to keep your old app; though you have to remove it from the group first then) or just edit it with the new app.}
